M & Co Creative is based in Cardiff, South Wales, and I work with small businesses both locally and worldwide. Many of my clients are based across the UK, but everything I offer can be delivered remotely, so location is never a barrier.
-
I specialise in working with small businesses, service-based brands, and women-led businesses, particularly those who want a website that feels clear, strategic, and easy to manage. Many of my clients are mums in business, creatives, and founders who want their website to properly support their work, not add stress.

Not at all, while I’m based in Cardiff, South Wales, I work with clients across the UK and internationally. Local clients are very welcome, but projects can easily be run remotely.

Most websites are built on Squarespace, as it offers a clean, flexible platform that’s easy for business owners to manage long-term. That said, I’m also happy to work with Wix, Shopify, and other platforms where it makes sense for your business. If you already have a website, we’ll look at what you’re using and decide together whether it’s best to work with what you have or move across.
-
Yes, I primarily work with existing sites, if your site is live but not working for you, I offer website audits, SEO & growth strategy packages, and optimisation projects to improve structure, clarity, and visibility, without needing a full redesign.
-
Yes, but in a strategic way that’s practical and realistic for small businesses. SEO is built into every website project, and I also offer a SEO & Growth Strategy Package for businesses that are happy with their website but want better visibility, content direction, and long-term growth support.

Most website projects take 4–6 weeks, depending on the size of the site and how much support is needed with copy and structure. Timelines are always clear from the start, and the process is designed to feel manageable alongside running your business.
-
All website projects include strategy, structure, design, copy support, SEO foundations, and guidance on next steps. Each package is designed to take the pressure off and leave you with a site that’s clear, aligned, and easy to maintain.

Website projects are split into 50% upfront to secure your slot, and 50% on completion. Ongoing SEO or support packages are billed monthly on a rolling basis after any initial strategy work.
-
Absolutely, your website is built so you can confidently update text, images, and blog content yourself. I also provide guidance so you know what to change, and what to leave alone.

Yes, all website projects include a required 3-month support period after launch. This ensures your website has time to settle, be reviewed properly, and be optimised based on how it’s actually being used.
A website isn’t a one-time project — the first few months are where performance, visibility, and usability can be fine-tuned, especially for search engines. This period allows us to monitor, adjust, and make sure your website is genuinely supporting your business, not just looking good on launch day.
After the initial 3 months, support continues on a flexible rolling basis if it makes sense for your business.
-
All website projects require a paid 3-month post-launch support retainer. This ensures your website has time to settle, be reviewed properly, and be optimised once it’s live, particularly for search visibility, structure, and performance.
A website isn’t a one-time project. The first few months are where issues surface, improvements are made, and momentum is built.
After the initial 3 months, ongoing support is optional. Some businesses choose to continue with SEO and growth support, while others are happy to manage things themselves once the foundations are in place.
