I’m Katie, founder of M & Co Creative, and I help small businesses turn scattered ideas into clear, strategic websites that feel like them and genuinely support their growth.

With a background in sales and marketing, a degree in fashion design, and over 8 years spent working closely with small business owners, I see websites as more than just a design project. I look at how they guide people, where they’re creating friction, and how they can better support the way your business actually works. Strategy comes naturally to me, I love understanding what’s happening behind the scenes and shaping websites around real goals, not trends.

Alongside this, I run Motherhood & Co, a platform built to support mums in business. As part of that, I created and published a print magazine from the ground up, shaping the content, design, and direction, and growing it through real community connection. Creating the magazine taught me what genuinely works when it comes to content, audience, and visibility, and how small businesses grow when they’re clear, consistent, and well-positioned. That experience now feeds directly into how I approach every website I build.
