These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the M&Co Creative website (www.mandcocreative.co.uk) and the purchase of our web design, website audit, and SEO services.
By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
M&Co Creative reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. SERVICES
M&Co Creative offers the following services:
• Website Audits (£150)
• Website Redesign & Optimisation (from £1,795)
• SEO & Growth Strategy (from £895)
• Ongoing Website Support (from £100/month)
All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. PAYMENT TERMS
Website Audits:
• Payment in full (£150) required before work begins
• Non-refundable once audit is delivered
• £150 credit available toward Website Redesign if booked within 30 days of audit delivery
Website Redesign:
• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Remaining 50% due upon project completion and before final files are transferred
• Mandatory 3-month support period (£100/month) to begin once redesign package has been completed
• Project timeline: 4-6 weeks from deposit receipt, subject to timely client feedback
SEO Services:
• Payment in full required before work begins (one-time packages)
• Monthly packages billed on the 1st of each month
• 30 days notice required for cancellation of monthly services
Ongoing Support:
• Billed monthly in advance
• 30 days notice required for cancellation
All payments are processed securely through Squarespace Commerce or Stripe.

4. REFUND POLICY
Website Audits: Non-refundable once delivered. £150 credit available toward redesign if booked within 30 days.
Website Redesign:
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• If project is cancelled by client mid-project, payment is due for all work completed to date
• Final payment is non-refundable once website is delivered and approved
SEO Services: Non-refundable once work has commenced. We do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic increases.
Support Packages: Cancellation requires 30 days notice. No refunds for partial months.

5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
• Provide timely feedback and approvals within 7 days of receiving work
• Supply all necessary content, images, and materials required for the project
• Respond to requests for information within 7 days to avoid project delays
• Ensure you have rights to all content, images, and materials you provide
Delays caused by late client feedback or missing materials may extend project timelines and are not grounds for refund.

6. REVISIONS & SCOPE
Website Redesign:
• Includes up to 3 rounds of revisions
• Additional revisions beyond scope will be quoted separately
• Major scope changes may require additional fees and timeline adjustments
Website Audits:
• Delivered as-is with no revisions
• Follow-up questions answered via email within 7 days of delivery
SEO Services:
• Monthly reports provided
• Strategy adjustments included as part of ongoing service

7. PROJECT DELAYS
If you do not provide feedback or required materials within 14 days of our request, the project will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued. We reserve the right to cancel the project and retain all payments made.

8. OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Upon Full Payment:
• You own the final website design and content
• You receive full access to website files and hosting
• You may modify or transfer the website as you wish
Before Full Payment:
• M&Co Creative retains ownership of all work
• Website files and access will not be transferred until final payment is received
Third-Party Assets:
• Any third-party fonts, images, or plugins used remain the property of their respective owners
• You are responsible for maintaining any required licenses

9. PORTFOLIO & TESTIMONIALS
M&Co Creative reserves the right to:
• Display completed work in our portfolio
• Use project details and results as case studies
• Request testimonials upon project completion
If you require confidentiality, please inform us in writing before work begins.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
M&Co Creative provides services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee:
• Specific traffic, ranking, or revenue results
• Uninterrupted website functionality (dependent on hosting provider)
• Compatibility with all future browsers or devices
Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

11. WEBSITE MAINTENANCE & HOSTING
• M&Co Creative is not responsible for ongoing website hosting, security, or backups unless explicitly included in your support package
• You are responsible for maintaining your website hosting account
• We recommend regular backups (included in support packages)

12. SEO DISCLAIMER
SEO services do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, or revenue increases. Results vary based on industry, competition, and ongoing effort. Search engine algorithms change frequently and are beyond our control.

13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (Squarespace, Google Analytics, email providers, etc.). We are not responsible for:
• Third-party service outages or changes
• Third-party pricing or policy changes
• Loss of data due to third-party issues

14. CONFIDENTIALITY
We will keep your business information confidential and will not share it with third parties except:

15. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate services and refuse service to anyone for any reason, including:
• Non-payment

Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due.
